In 2016, a bridge connecting two islands near Bali, Indonesia, collapsed. Eight people were killed and thirty others were injured. Sadly, the tragedy happened during a religious ceremony. There is another bridge that one must cross to reach Paradise and it is a matter of eternal life or death.
The Bridge to Eternal Life or Death
The Hadith states that the Sirat bridge is “finer than a hair and sharper than a sword and is beset on each side with briars and hooked thorns. The righteous will pass over it with the swiftness of the lightning, but the wicked will soon miss their footing and will fall into the fire of hell” (Bayhaqi).
The Quran says that no one can avoid the Sirat bridge. “And there is not one of you but shall come to it; this is an unavoidable decree of your Lord . . .” (Qs, 19:71). Crossing the Sirat bridge safely is the greatest challenge anyone will face.
Purification From Sin
The Hadith states, “whoever was slow to do good deeds and whoever used to mix righteous deeds with bad deeds, and his bad deeds were not forgiven by Allah, may slip into the Fire” (Sharh Riyaadh as-Saaliheen).
According to Sahih al-Bukhari and Fath Al-Bari, only people who are purified from all their sins will be admitted to Paradise. Tell us how you hope to be purified from your sins.
Crossing the Sirat Bridge Safely
Isa Al-Masih, the appointed judge by Allah, declares, “. . . whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life” (Injil, John, 5:24).
Isa guarantees Paradise when we believe that He was sacrificed on the cross to purify our sins. Isa affirms, “Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so I must be lifted up [on the cross], that everyone who believes in me may have eternal life” (Injil, John 3:15). Let us know how you will get to Paradise: through Isa or the Sirat bridge.
Isa Al-Masih is the Bridge to Paradise
The Quran speak of the straight path to heaven that every true believer prays to find (Qs, 1:6-7). Isa Al-Masih states that, “I am the way . . . no one comes to Allah except through me” (Injil, John 14:6).
Isa is the straight path to safely cross the bridge, the only way to escape hell. We urge you to put your faith in Isa Al-Masih.
