I agree that Isa is a Prophet but there are many attributes that only Isa has that should evoke your deeper thoughts :
– He is the only one who is holy.
– He forgave sins.
– He will be the Judge of all mankind at the Judgment Day while only Allah may judge.
– He raised the dead while only Allah can give life.
Isa did the things that only Allah can do.
These attributes tell us that Isa is more than a mere prophet.
